FLX Squares presents Community Square Dance at Stone Bend Farm 2026

FLX Squares, in partnership with Stone Bend, is proud to present a full lineup of dances for 2026 in Newfield, outside of Ithaca, New York. These dances are joyful and intentional expressions of community in action. Each dance will be taught by the caller, so no experience is necessary to participate. We strive to cultivate an inclusive and welcoming environment with these dances, including non-gendered calls. We ask for $5-10 at the door for these dances to make sure we are able to pay the live string bands for their efforts. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. The bands are a mix of local, regional, and national old time string bands. Stone Bend offers delicious food and beverages to enjoy when you're taking a break from dancing.
